Description:

They are guava pulps, selected from the best fruits, taken to a process where you unpulped and seeds are taken off, carried by a process of high quality and hygiene. It is taken to a kettle where the ingredients are added and it is homogenized.

Characteristics:

The fruit is taken to the processes plant where it is washed and disinfected; it is extracted the bark and the base of the peduncle, cut in small squares and it is introduced in unpulp smachine.
In this process there are separation of seeds and shell.

The guava pulp is taken to a kettle, it is added the ingredients and is homogenized

Thermal treatment is added until obtaining a soft mixture, then it is subjected to pasteurization and then packed.

Ingredients:

250 cc orange juice
grated orange
300 gr. blonde sugar
6 eggs

Preparation:

Mix the orange juice with the ralladuras(should be boiled three times changing the water each time), the sugar and the eggs until it it gets a homogeneous preparation.
- Caramelize the mold, Fill it with the preparation and Put it to the Maria Shower (boiling water in a covered pot) for 40 minutes
- Prepare the caramel for the decoration with the juice and sugar.
- Decorate with the caramel, orange clusters and leaves of mint.
