1 medium cucumber
1 celery teaspoon
2 garlic teeth
1 Lemon
fresh basil
pepper
and salt Preparation: Peel the cucumber and cut it in fine slices. Place these on a strainer, sprinkle them with salt and let the cucumber get rid of its juice during 1 hour.
