The scientific name is Annona muricata; the guanábana tree is buschy, of low, and thin branches reaching a height from 7.5 to 9 m, and the fruit weighs about 0.25 to 5 Kg. The guanábana is original from the tropical regions of Souther America, although at the moment it is cultivated in the tropical America and in Southern Asia.

Description: This is a delicious sorbet easy to prepare, low price and very nutritive.
Ingredients: 1 medium guanabana unit :
1 panela unit
3 milk bottles
4 parsley small branchesl
Preparation: Unseed the guanábana in a big vessel, allowing to fall its juice inside it. Next we scrape the panela and add it to the guanabana, later we add little by little the cold milk revolving continually.
Lastly you add the parsley.
Observations:
Serve it cold and keep in mind that it must not be very watery
