Naranjo sweet comes from the surorientales regions of Asia, in concrete of the Southeastern zone of China and the Malayan archipelago. Its culture has been made in the South of China for thousands of years, from where it extended by all Southeast Asia. Later, so much expanded naranjo sweet as naranjo bitter by all East by the Route of the Silk. The sweet oranges very were appreciated by their flavor (although still they were very bitter) and by its curativas properties

 

Tangelo Organge

Sweet oranage comes from southeast asia, in fact from southeast of China and malayo archipelago. It is cultivated on southern China thousand of years ago,  since then it extended all over southern asia. Later on,  sweet orange and sour orange extended to the Easthern by the silk road, sweet orange were well recieved by its taste (although they were still too big)  by its cure properties.

Ingredients:

250 cc orange juice
grated orange
300 gr. blonde sugar
6 eggs

Preparation:

Mix the orange juice with the ralladuras(should be boiled three times changing the water each time), the sugar and the eggs until it it gets a homogeneous preparation.
- Caramelize the mold, Fill it with the preparation and Put it to the Maria Shower (boiling water in a covered pot) for 40 minutes
- Prepare the caramel for the decoration with the juice and sugar.
- Decorate with the caramel, orange clusters and leaves of mint.
